01Will my customers know it's AI?

It sounds natural — most callers just have a normal conversation. It introduces itself with your business name, and if someone asks directly whether it's an AI, it says yes. We think that honesty is better for your brand than pretending. Call the demo line at (877) 817-0419 and judge for yourself.

02What happens when it can't answer something?

It says so honestly, takes a detailed message with callback info, and flags the call in your dashboard. Every question it couldn't answer is visible to you — add the answer to your FAQ and the next caller gets it on the spot.

03How long does setup take?

About a minute of answering questions about your business — hours, services, how you want the phone answered. The agent is provisioned with a real phone number automatically, usually live within a couple of minutes of finishing the wizard.

04Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Three options: take the new local number we give you, forward your existing number to it (works with any carrier, takes two minutes), or port your number in fully. We're a licensed telecom operator — number porting is our day job, not a support nightmare.

05What does "free beta" actually mean?

The product is new and we're onboarding a founding cohort. You get the full product free, no card on file. In exchange we'll occasionally ask what's working and what isn't. When billing starts, you get clear advance notice and founding-customer pricing — you will never be silently charged.

06Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no contracts, cancel from the dashboard. Your call history and transcripts are yours to export on the way out. If you ported a number in, we'll port it back out wherever you want it.
